Elfsborg 1-0 Gefle 1st August 2010
IFK Göteborg 3-1 Kalmar 2nd August 2010
Just like on the opening day IFK put three past Kalmar and got three points. Kalmar though have a though Europa league tie on Thursday.
The game was tied up by IFK in the first half which began with an 11th minute goal from Hannes Stiller before Tobias Hysén made it 2-0 just after the half-hour mark.
Hysén got a second just three minutes later to make it 3-0 and end any possibility of a Kalmar fight-back. Kalmar though did manage to get a goal, something they will have to do in Sofia with Douglas Silva putting pay to Markus Sandberg's clean sheet hopes.
Malmö 1-0 GAIS 1st August 2010
Title challengers Malmö are still in the hunt after a narrow win over GAIS. A sole Ivo Pekalski goal on 22 minutes was the only difference between the sides in a tight match. GAIS will be disappointed at not getting something out of the game but for Malmö it's job done in another game. Malmö will be hoping for a slip up by Helsingborgs in their trip to Stockholm tomorrow.

Mjällby 0-0 AIK 31st July 2010
Mjällby can consider themselves unlucky but the result probably was fair as AIK came looking for a vital win to steer them out of trouble. With a massive Champions league tie in Trondheim coming up new boss Alex Miller wasn't keen to rest some players as they need a run of form to improve things at the Råsunda. Miller though might be happy with a point from this as many sides this season have failed to get anything out of trips to Mjällby.
Djurgården 0-3 BK Häcken 31st July 2010
Djurgården's season is beginning to change into a disaster as they were left wondering what happened as BK Häcken walked away with three points and three goals. However the 2nd half was where the goal mouth action happened. The first arrived on 63 minutes with talisman Jonas Henriksson putting the visitors ahead. Djurgården did pressurize but went 2-0 down with nine minutes remaining with Mathias Ranégie making it safe before Paulinho added a third in added time to seal a fine day for BK Häcken. Djurgården you get the feeling we have been here before?
