Allsvenskan resumes

The Allsvenskan is back this weekend after the inetnational break and with just three weeks left in the season nothing is still decided. A title-race that may go down to the final minutes is on the cards while the relegation battle sees three former giants battling to save their skins. The chase for Europe is heating up in the chilli breezes of a Swedish winter.

Fixtures: Saturday
Trelleborgs v Elfsborg (14:00)
AIK v Gefle (16:00)
Kalmar v GAIS (16:00)

Sunday:
Orgryte v Helsingborgs (15:00)
IF Brommapojkarna v Orebro (16:00)

Monday:
Malmo v IFK Goteborg (19:00)
Halmstads v Hammarby (19:00)
BK Hacken v Djurgarden (19:00)

The game of the weekend has to be Malmo v IFK Goteborg. Malmo have had a blinding run of form that has propelled them into Europa League contention while IFK Goteborg need points to secure a first title sucess since 2007.
Other games see Orgryte looking to battle relegation against Europa League hopefuls Helsingborgs while both Hammarby and Djurgarden face difficult away trips over the weekend.
