Hammarby followed on from points gained by fellow strugglers Djurgården and Örgryte by getting a vital win to move back into the play-off place. A dull first half was ended on a high not when Simon Helg gave the struggling giants the lead. The 2nd half saw IF Brommapojkarna come back into the game more but they couldn't find a way past the defense or Rami Shaaban.
