AIK 2-0 Malmo 17th July 2010

AIK turned in a good performance as they beat 2nd placed Malmo 2-0 to start the 2nd half of the season in perfect fashion to give new boss Alex Miller his first win in his first Allsvenskan game in charge.
AIK got off to a fantastic start when a loose back-pass was met by Pontus Engblom who was bought down by Johan Dahlin in the Malmo penalty area. Kenny Pavey converted the spot kick to put the hosts into a 2nd minute lead. Things got even better for the defending champions on the 40th minute mark when Johan Dahlin clearence fell to Antonio Flávio who looped his shot over the on rushing Malmo defense into the net.
Malmo were reduced to ten men when Edward Ofere handled in the box before getting his marching orders by Jonas Eriksson when he clashed with goalkeeper Ivan Turina.
