Djurgarden 0-2 Kalmar 18th July 2010

A nice sunny afternoon in Stockholm made for a good game at the Stadion. Djurgarden showed intent from the start with Mttias Jonsson heading over before Kalmar punished a slip in the Djurgarden defense with Ricardo Santos crossed for Abiola Dauda who tapped in to put them in front after six minutes.

Pa Dembo Touray was forced into a smart save from Ricardo Santos after Kebba Ceesay slipped again. Kalmar scored a 2nd when the Djurgarden defense failed to deal with a long-ball which Daniel Mendes pounced by lobbing Touray after 74 minutes.

To make matters worse for Djurgarden, Prince Ikpe Ekong was sent-off for a 2nd yellow card on 81 minutes which finished the game for Djurgarden. Kalmar are now 6th while Djurgarden are now just a point ahead of the relegation play-off place.
