Atvidabergs suffered defeat at the hands of GAIS. In a rain-soaked Kopparvallen the game was going to be tight and only one goal was needed to settle the outcome of this match.

The hosts did come close to taking the lead when a free-kick smacked against the crossbar in the first half but GAIS took their chance when Aram Khalili headed home Kenneth Gustafsson's cross on 74 minutes.

A massive win for GAIS who are now just four points off a Europa league place with this result while Atvidabergs still prop up the table with thirteen points.
