Elfsborg 3-3 Orebro 18th July 2010

A highly entertaining game at the Boras Arena saw Elfsborg and Orebro share six goals. It was Orebro who took the lead after just seven minutes when Nordin Gerzic's free-kick was flicked across goal by Fredrik Nordback which Patrik Anttonen headed past Anté Covic.
Elfsborg were level nine minutes later when Johan Larsson's cross was flicked home by Martin Ericsson. It was now opening up and on 50 minutes Denni Avdic was left unmarked in the box to head past John Alvbage from Nicklas Hult's cross.
Orebro came close to leveling soon after when a Samuel Wowoah free-kick was tipped away by Covic. The Behrn Arena side did level from the resulting corner kick that Roni Porokara flicked in from Patrik Anttonen's knock-on.
Elfsborg looked to have won the game when Stefan Ishizaki was first to react to a loose ball in the box ahead of John Alvbage. Orebro saved a point when former Liverpool academy player Astrit Ajdarevic placed his shot past Anté Covic.

That Avdic header was a good one. No stopping it. Glad Orebro was able to hang on.
