Kalmar 6-0 IFK Norrköping 2nd November 2008

Kalmar 6-0 IFK Norrköping
Kalmar underlined their season with a thumping 6-0 rout of bottom side IFK Norrköping. Kalmar showed what they can do with this result and have pushed the pressure on Elfsborg tomorrow night.
IFK Norrköping held Kalmar out for 41 minutes before Rasmus Elm gave the leaders the lead. Kalmar doubled their advantage just seconds later through Viktor Elm in the 42nd minute.
That knocked the stuffing out of IFK Norrköping, who were already relegated and it was on 48 minutes when Viktor Elm struck again for 3-0.
Kalmar had to wait until 73 minutes for the fourth goal when Daniel Lopes got on the act before Viktor took home the match-ball by finishing his hat-trick on 78 minutes for 5-0. IFK Norrköping were shell shocked and Viktor Elm finished off his fantastic afternoon with a 4th goal in injury time. Kalmar will be champions if Elfsborg fail to win tomorrow night.
Felix Magro will miss Norrköping's final match following his sending off this afternoon.
