Djurgarden 2-0 Kalmar 1st November 2009

Djurgarden secured the play-off spot after securing a 2-0 win over deposed champions Kalmar. Having flirted with relegation for the whole season Djurgarden at least have a 2nd chance to avoid the drop when they play Assyriska in the play-offs. Patrik Haginge gave the troubled side the lead on 27 minutes before their advantage was doubled on 56 minutes thanks to captain Markus Johannsson.
