Allsvenskan restart preview

The Allsvenskan is back this weekend after a month off due to the internationals and there have been some changes at the clubs.
AIK: AIK are still without Tomi Maanoja, Kevin Walker and Miran Burgić. Maanoja is out for the season while Kevin Walker could be out and Burgić has time to recover. AIK are away to Örebro on Sunday.

Brommapojkarna: Brommapojkarna have upset the odds by not struggling to badly during the 1st half of the season but more will be needed if the drop is to be avoided.

Djurgården: A dismal 1st half of the season which has seen the Stockholm giants in the bottom 2 for the break. Andrej Komac has left the club as has Aki Riihilahti.

Elfsborg: 2nd going into the break Elfsborg need to continue their good form and who knows what will happen. Emir Bajrami will be subject to transfer speculation after impressing in the U21 championships.

GAIS: Started strongly but finished poorly GAIS need a few good results but much will depend on the future of Wanderson.

Gefle: A strong unit and a strong 1st half which has produced some good results. Hans Berggran has been good so far and will need to keep it up.

Halmstads: A quiet 1st half but improvment is needed. Anselmo hasn't hit top form and will be called upon for it soon.

Hammarby: A dreadful 1st half which has seen Hammarby near the relegation zone for the most part. The future of Charlie Davies remains a question and Louay Chanko has left for Åalborg.

BK Häcken: stayed out of the relegation zone for the break which is a sucess but a tough 2nd half awaits and BK Häcken need to sign new players.

Helsingborgs: 3rd but have suffered some dismal losses and need to pick-up. Henrik Larsson could be leaving for Australia.

IFK Göteborg: Top going into the break but that is in trouble with defender Matias Bjärsmyr expected to move abroad. Robin Söder is out for the rest of the season with a knee injury and Pontus Wernbloom has moved on to AZ Alkmaar.

Malmö: A disappointing 1st half but Malmö will need some new blood to push for a Europa league place. Labinot Harbuzi may be leaving and Guilermo Molins may do also.

Kalmar: Kalmar have champions league football later this month but may not be in Europe at all next summer. Kalmar have struggled since winning the Allsvenskan last November and Rasmus Elm is wanted by Bayern Munich.

Trelleborgs: Trelleborgs are proving to be a dark-horse. Strong at home and went into the break in 5th. Kristian Haynes has proved a hit this year and the club have Andreas Drugge to thank for as well.

Örebro: The departure of on loan Emra Tahirović has seen Robert Walker return from a spell in the Superettan with Åtvidaberg. Nordin Gerzić remains a key player as does Eric Bassombeng and John Alvbåge in goal. Kim Olsen is the top scorer.

Örgryte: Changes were needed at the club that had just 2 points secured in the 1st half of the season. A new coach in Åge Hareide the former Norway boss has taken over with a simple target, avoid the drop.
