Örebro 2-2 Örgryte 3rd August 2009

Örebro needed the help of two own goals to force a draw at home to an Örgryte side with a spring in their step. David Leinar put slotted past Bengt Andersson on 16 minute to give the Behrn Arena faithful the lead. Brazilian Alvaro Santos levelled for the visitors just after the re-start. Three minutes later Marcus Allback gave Örgryte the lead and it looked like Örgryte would hold on. Örebro bought Adriano Munoz on for his debut and Örebro pushed for an equiliser. With just five minutes remaining Örgryte scored an own goal this time from defender Dennis Jonsson.
